Behaviour Expectations of Young People whilst attending fitness sessions: We have a zero-tolerance policy for behaviours that breach these rules. You will receive a first warning if you are found to be in breach of these rules, if you continue to disregard these rules, you will be asked to sit out of the session.

  • Leave your ego at the door
  • Listen to instructions, especially when a coach is explaining a workout.
  • Do not deviate from the workout instructions – if you’re unsure what to do, ask a member of the coaching team.
  • Avoid dropping or throwing weights (Dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, weight plates etc.)
  • Avoid throwing heavy objects around the gym.
  • Do not disrupt the session or your peers as this may put their safety at risk.
  • If you do not wish to take part or choose not to listen to instructions or adhere to safety requests, please do not participate in the session. You may be asked to sit out of the session.
  • A child’s parent/guardian is responsible for making sure their child/children behave appropriately and respectfully.
